1. Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 3–7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • In original condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Fashion jewellery
  • Sandals (if worn)
  • Perfume products (if opened)
  • Sale items

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

4. Refund Process

Once the item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds may be processed via original payment method
    OR
  • Store credit may be issued

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
